Will there be plants available for sale?

Yes. Ticket holders will also receive 15% off for same day purchases from our on-site nursery.

Is the ticket refundable?

Payment is refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. Refund does not include the booking fee.

Will there be other beverage options?

Yes, we will also have beer and soft drink available.

Dress code?

Appropriate enclosed footwear is strongly recommended. High heels are not suitable for lawn areas. This is an outdoor event. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

What happens in case of bad weather?

The event will proceed in light rain. In case of severe weather, we will contact registered attendees regarding cancellation or rescheduling.

What happens if I can no longer attend?

If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We may offer a transfer to another session subject to availability, but fees are non-refundable.

Photography and Privacy

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by the hosts for promotional and social media purposes. Your contact details will be used solely for event communication and will not be shared with third parties. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Am I allowed to smoke during the event?

* Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Am I allowed to bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted, excepting  assistance dogs.

Will there be wheelchair access?

Yes, there will be wheelchair access, as well as a wheelchair accessible toilet.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Personal photography for private use is welcome. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.

This is a private property with uneven surfaces, garden paths, steps, and natural hazards including plants and water features. You attend entirely at your own risk. The hosts accept no liability for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient bookings. Registered attendees will be notified and offered a full refund or transfer to another date.

This is a private residence and show garden. Please treat the property with care and respect. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful without refund. The hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
