Penguin Nation Mixer @ The New Fourth Plain Community Commons Building

The Penguin Nation will be off campus and headed to the brand new Fourth Plain Community Commons Building for a building tour. Please join us! RSVP required.

When you arrive you'll grab a passport and start collecting stamps at a variety of stations that will help you learn about the new building and its offerings (event space, commercial kitchen, conference rooms and work stations for rent). You'll also learn about Fourth Plain Forward, the nonprofit powering many community programs in the International District. The first 50 attendees who complete the passport tour will receive a limited edition Penguin Nation water bottle!

The purpose of this event is to connect with the community WHILE connecting with other members of the Penguin Nation to build your personal and professional networks. Good things happen when community convenes.

Stop #4 – Meet Rosalba Pitkin, of Clark College’s Diversity Center. Did you know Clark College hosts a Noche De Familia event each Fall and Spring?

Stop #6 – Mural stop! Hear from the Fourth Plain Forward team as they describe the historical references and messages of the community space’s murals.

Stop #7 – Desserts/sweets food vendor #4

Stop #8 – View conference rooms & co-working space
