Pelvic Floor Workshop
Overview
This workshop will guide you through a clear understanding of pelvic floor anatomy, how it functions, and why it plays such a key role in core strength and everyday movement. Courtney Harberts, Doctor of Physical Therapy, will teach the fundamentals: anatomy, breathwork, activation, relaxation, and signs of dysfunction, so you can finally connect the dots in a simple, approachable way. Taylor Mendoza, Strength Coach, will then show you how to apply these concepts safely in strength training, from proper tensioning to modifying movements without compromising pelvic health. Together, they’ll give you the tools and confidence to move, train, and support your body with intention.
