This evidence-based class blends corrective exercise, targeted mobility, breathwork (to activate the deep core from within), and gentle somatic practices to release tension. It’s the perfect balance of stability, strength, and softness.
🌸The pelvic floor is more than one muscle—it’s the foundation of your core, closely connected to your hips, spine, and overall movement. Training these systems together can help improve posture, reduce lower-back strain, support bladder health, and enhance everyday movement.
What you’ll practice:
- Alignment drills for the hips + lower-body complex
- Strength & stabilization for pelvic floor, glutes, inner thighs, and deep core
- Breathwork to coordinate core/pelvic floor (no force, just smart activation)
- Mindfulness + relaxation to downshift the nervous system
