Are you interested in using your lived experience with mental health, substance use, or other life challenges to support others?Join us for the Peer Workforce Development Program Orientation, a comprehensive introduction to an empowering career path in peer support services—including the Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification Training.
This orientation will provide an in-depth look at how you can turn your personal experience into a meaningful career in behavioral health and recovery support. You’ll hear from program facilitators, past participants, and receive step-by-step guidance on getting started.
