Peer Coaching Kickoff - 6 Month Program

An affordable experiential 6-month leadership development opportunity where participants can grow their skills and confidence in coaching to impact their everyday conversations. Individuals will practice key coaching skills, support others to foster a coach mindset, and create impactful interactions. Each participant will set an individual development goal at the start of the program to work on throughout the six months.Registering for this coaching skills workshop includes registration for the full 6-month program.Key components of this program, including the coaching skills workshop and peer coaching sessions, are:
