Course Description
This comprehensive training course covers the essential aspects of infant diagnostic auditory brainstem response testing. Participants will learn proper technique, testing strategies, waveform analysis, and clinical application using the Interacoustics Eclipse evoked potentials system. The course includes both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the fundamentals of auditory brainstem responses and their clinical applications in infant diagnostic testing
- Demonstrate proper technique for infant ABR recording of neurodiagnostic click and frequency-specific threshold responses
- Correctly identify and mark key waveform components in infant ABR recordings using objective measures for accurate clinical interpretation
Lunch will be provided.
