Does this event span from 11am to 3:30pm?

No, this event is broken up into two parts and there will be 90 minutes between the end of the presentation (12:30pm) and the beginning of the workshop (2pm). There is no programming during that time.

Do I need to sign up for both events?

While you are not required to attend both the presentation and the workshop, we would like you to register for the event(s) that you would like to attend so we can send invitations to the appropriate people.
