The Peak Performance Open Program immerses leaders in a world-class sports environment to develop essential power skills for both today and tomorrow’s challenges—self-awareness, team effectiveness and coaching. Inspired by insights from the WDHB Lab and designed in collaboration with Third Factor, this three-day leadership training program equips professionals to perform under pressure, align teams and shape enduring organizational commitment.

Through a dynamic array of experiences—including interactions with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, coaches and high-performers across the sporting spectrum—you will gain practical tools to enhance individual capabilities, amplify team impact and embed a coaching mindset into your leadership approach.

Frequently asked questions

Are there limitations on representation from one organization?

We are currently maxing the registration at four (4) people per organization. However, we are also offering incentives for multiple leaders from the same organization to attend: 4 tickets for the price of 3, and 2 tickets for the price of 1.5!

Can I bring a plus one?

You’re welcome to bring a guest to San Diego during the program. They may stay at the hotel and extend the trip into the weekend. Please note guests cannot join program experiences, workshops, or exchanges, except for a possible dinner mixer, which will be communicated in advance.

When does Early Bird Pricing end?

Early Bird Pricing ends February 23.

What's included in the registration fee?

The fee includes hotel accommodation for Tuesday-Friday (3 nights), transportation throughout the program, all modules and activities set out in the itinerary, program-related materials, three breakfasts, three lunches, two dinners, and gratuities.
