Join us for this quarterly weekend workshop and reveal the true essence of yourself as you learn to identify and release the constrains of your mental construct. You will learn to embody a sensation of bringing your energy awareness into the present moment and receive various practical tools to implement what you learn and discover into your daily life.

Workshop Purpose

Craft a detailed road map on how to keep your energy balanced with embodied practices. Learn how to structure your own new daily routine by improving your focus and concentration that will help maintain high and balanced energy in your daily life.

Workshop Logistics

Make sure you wear comfortable clothing (short & long sleeve), flat indoor shoes, bring plenty of water to stay hydrated for 4 hours and perhaps a power bar or some fruit.
