Join us for Inner Peace and Reflection, a sound bath designed to help you find peace through mindful reflection and the wisdom gained from within. Immerse yourself in soothing frequencies that encourage self-discovery, allowing you to release stress and reconnect with your true essence. This experience will guide you in cultivating the inner calm and clarity needed to show up in your fullest, most authentic self as you navigate the holiday season with grace and presence.


For your sound bath experience, please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, or even a zero-gravity portable chair to ensure your comfort throughout the session. We recommend arriving early to allow for ample time to set-up and personalize your space, as the event will begin promptly at 6:30pm.
