Peace in the Swirl: Glitter, Grounding & Good Vibes

A guided workshop for women navigating winter stress, emotional overwhelm, and seasonal mood shifts

Led by: Candace Moxey, LCSW-C — a licensed clinical social worker who helps young adults and adults navigate challenges like depression, low mood, anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, and emotional burnout.
Candace is a Christian therapist who integrates traditional therapeutic approaches with faith-based principles for clients who find them meaningful.

When life feels heavy, fast, or emotionally “swirled,” sometimes the most healing thing we can do is pause long enough to let things settle.

This 60-minute psychoeducational and experiential workshop offers a space to slow down, breathe, and create a customized glitter-based calming bottle — a visual grounding tool proven to support emotional regulation, focus, and stress relief. As we craft, we’ll explore proactive ways to manage seasonal depression, winter blues, and the emotional challenges that come with colder, darker months.

This session is especially supportive for women who are:

  • Feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected
  • Struggling with seasonal mood changes, low energy, or reduced motivation
  • Looking for community and gentle emotional support
  • Wanting practical tools for regulating worry, irritability, or emotional overload
  • Navigating life transitions, caregiving, faith shifts, or quiet loneliness

💫 You'll Leave With:

✅ A handmade calming bottle for moments of anxiety, overwhelm, or sensory overload
✅ A Seasonal Wellness Worksheet with 10+ evidence-based strategies for mood, energy, emotional balance, and self-care
✅ A space of stillness, creativity, reflection, and community support

No artistic skills required — just come as you are.
