    Vatsal Shah, Ph.D., P.E., BC.GE, is a licensed civil (geotechnical) engineer in 47 states and President/CEO of ANS, a multi-disciplinary civil, structural, and geotechnical firm with over 200 staff in 18 offices across the US. In addition to industry practice, he teaches geotechnical engineering at NYU and NJIT and conducts PE and FE prep courses nationwide.

    Stef Goodenow is the Chief Officer of Member Services at NCEES. She has served in that role for 15 years and is responsible for working both with licensing boards and licensees on exam registration, education evaluations and other general licensing issues.
