How can I contact the event organizers with questions?

You can contact the event organizer by sending an email to contact@pdapnw.org, please allow a few days for the response. Note that emails will not be monitored on the day of the event.

Do you offer any discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Discounts are available for full-time students, early career professionals, and those currently out of work. Please get in touch with the event organizers at contact@pdapnw.org to request the appropriate discount code.

Question 3

What do you consider a student or Early Career Professional?

Accepted Answer

Students are those currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university. Early Career Professionals are new to the workforce, with fewer than five years of professional experience. There is no age limit to qualify for either group.

Do you offer accomodations for those that may need additional support?

Accepted Answer

Question 6

How will the tournament be orginized?

Accepted Answer

The event organizers will assign teams to provide an opportunity to meet new people in a fun, low-key way. In the interest of time, the tournament portion will be single elimination. But don't worry if you are out in the first round, there will be games set up where you can still play for fun.

Question 7

What rules will be followed for Corn Hole?

Accepted Answer

We will follow the official rules set by the American Cornhole Association. However, we reserve the right to modify the court layout and gameplay rules to accommodate space and time if necessary.

Question 8

Will there be prizes for tournament winners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Prizes will be awarded to first and second-place teams.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Accepted Answer

We regret that no refunds can be offered for non-attendance or cancellations. The chapter reserves the right not to answer emails or phone calls on the day of the event.
