Become an Expert in Grid-Based In-Building Testing

Join PCTEL on site at the Safer Buildings Coalition In-Building Wireless & School Safety Tech Conference in Fort Lauderdale for a special PCTEL® Certified Public Safety Tester Training Public Safety Tester Training.

Attend the SBC seminar on September 17th, then come back the next day for the specific PCTEL Public Safety Tester Training. This session will be held at the same venue as the SBC seminar, but in a different room.

Get certified in PCTEL® solutions for code-compliant, grid-based in-building public safety radio testing. Certification is valid for 2 years and recognized by jurisdictions nationwide. You may also opt to be listed on the PCTEL website as a PCTEL® Certified Public Public Safety Tester.

Agenda:

  • Conducting a Grid based Inbuilding Coverage Test that Complies with Code
  • PCTEL Certification for Demonstrating Competence after Conducting a Test
  • Using SeeHawk˜˜® Central to Interact with Jurisdictions (AHJs and Radio Systems)
  • Overview of Uplink Monitoring and Testing
  • Best Practices - Testing for BDA Commissioning

Lunch is included.

Time: 8:30AM-4:30PM

The class size is limited to 40 participants, and there is a maximum of 3 people from each participating company.

Safer Buildings Coalition aims to ensure that First Responders (Fire, Law Enforcement and EMS) can use state-of-the-art voice and data communications to communicate with one another inside buildings as well as to and from their Command Centers outside buildings during an event.
