21 Days of Fasting and Prayer
Welcome to our PCM Monthly Fast. This is our final fast of the year and our biggest one yet—we are fasting for 21 days (3 weeks)! Join us for a transformative experience filled with spiritual growth and connection - with a focus in breaking dysfunctional and demonic cycles. Through fasting and prayer, deepen your faith and strengthen your relationship with Christ. Let's come together as a community to seek his face and break free from the bondage we've endured. Here's what you should look forward to:
• We will meet every morning at 7:00 am CST to pray and seek God on YOUTUBE (Norris Johnson II) and INSTAGRAM (@norrisjohnsonii)
• Then, we will meet on Zoom at 7:00 pm CST. The link will be sent out EVERY MORNING (However, it will be the SAME LINK every day).
• We will provide the notes from each session daily.
• Practical applications to the daily themes.
• Music Playlist for each day.

We will also meet in-person for prayer EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT, 7:00 PM CST, in Chicago IL. The Venue is TBA.
We will also meet in-person EVERY SUNDAY AFTERNOON, 12:30 PM CST for service at:
2200 Mt. Pleasant St. Racine WI, 53404
Lastly, on the LAST DAY OF THE FAST (December 21st, 6:00 PM EST) We will be hosting a massive outreach event/service to close out our 21 Day Fast!
This will be held in ATLANTA GEORGIA at a location that will be announced very soon!

21 Days is a total of 3 weeks. We will do three different fasts each week.
We will do a Daniel Fast in the first week (7 Days), which includes:
Whole Grains
Beans and Legumes
Nuts and Seeds
Vegetables
Fruits
Oils
Herbs, Spices, and Seasonings
Water
100-percent Fruit Juice
No Breads
No Sugars
No Dairy
In the Second week (7 Days), we will do a Partial Fast (Which Includes):
6AM – 6PM No Solid Food
BETWEEN 6AM-6PM:
Water
Broth
100-percent Juices
Herbal Teas
Black Coffee
Thin Smoothies
No Dairy
BEFORE/AFTER 6AM-6PM
MODERATE LIGHT MEALS
Whole Grains
Beans and Legumes

100-percent Fruit Juice
No Breads
No Sugars
No Dairy

In the Third week (7 Days), we are doing a liquid-only Fast (which includes):
