When will the tournament begin?

Both the men's doubles and women's doubles tournaments will begin at 9am, Saturday, October 25th.

Question 2

Do I need to bring a teammate?

Please feel free to sign up individually. With our round robin format, we will be assigning and reassigning teammates throughout the tournament to maximize the opportunity for networking and community fun!

Do I need to bring food?

Accepted Answer

It is highly recommended that you bring snacks and lunch, perhaps even food to share. However, we are actively seeking a food sponsor to cover lunch for this tournament and we will update registered participants if we secure such a sponsor.

Will water be provided?

Please bring a water bottle. This facility has been set up with a bottle-refill station where you can obtain as much water as you would like while you're here!

Question 5

What should I bring?

We recommend that you bring paddles and fold-out chairs in case facility seating is exceeded. We will provide balls.

Question 6

Will participants be grouped by skill level?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to the extent possible. The more participants there are, the more we will be able to group participants so that everyone plays with others close to their own skill levels. Invite your friends!

What's the cost?

In the spirit of Paying It Forward, we haven't  set a minimum donation (the site minimum seems to be $1). This tournament is part of how we are giving back to our community -- all are welcome. We would appreciate donations of $20+. We are also collecting canned goods for a local food pantry.

Question 8

Are there any age restrictions?

The entire community is welcome to come as spectators. Tournament participation is restricted to those who are 18+ years old.
