Overview
Join our Menopause Nurse-led non-judgemental, welcoming community and connect with other people experiencing the menopause.
Please note: the December and January sessions will be online via Microsoft Teams. Please also note that the new timings of this session are 18:00-19:30.
Menopause can be an uncertain time, but we are here to support you.
- Join our welcoming and non-judgemental community.
- Speak to a qualified Menopause Nurse.
- Connect with other people going through the menopause.
- Pre-, peri- and post- menopausal people of all ages and all stages of their menopause journey are welcome.
- Trans, intersex, non-binary and people of other genders experiencing the menopause are welcome.
Accessibility
- Our room is wheelchair accessible and accessible for all physical disabilities.
- There is a hearing loop available.
- We can't offer interpreters at this time - this is something we're working towards.
- We don't have childcare facilities at this time - this is something we are looking into for future sessions.
- We will try to be as accessible as possible with our sessions for all abilities and lived experiences - please tell us what you need and we will do our best to provide it.
- For our online sessions, subtitles can be turned on at any time.
Transport (for our in-person sessions)
- There is parking on site that you will have to pay for.
- Buses 5, 128, 175, 193, 365, 496, 498 and 499 all come into the hospital grounds. Buses 103 and 174 serve Oldchurch Road, which is a 5 minute walk from the hospital.
