What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is exactly what it sounds like — you’re “bathed” in sound. You just lay back, get comfy, and let waves of sound wash over you. Instruments create gentle vibrations that help calm your mind, relax your body, and give your nervous system a much-needed reset.

What do I need to bring?

•Comfy clothes you can relax in
•A yoga mat to sit or lie down on (we’ll be on concrete floors)
•	A small pillow for your head or knees
•	A blanket to make your own cozy little space and find that perfect body temperature

I’m more comfortable sitting. Are chairs ok?

Totally fine! If you’d rather sit, just bring a comfy camp chair instead of a mat. You’ll still get all the relaxing benefits. Whatever feels best for your body.

It’s not a sales pitch or a trick to get you to sign up for anything. It’s not about looking a certain way, acting a certain way, or doing anything “right.”
It’s just community.  Real people coming together to take a breath, slow down, and exist for a little while without any pressure.

So it’s a concert?

It’s not a performance,  it’s more like giving yourself permission to completely chill out while the sound does the work.

Why is this a community event?

Because there’s strength in community. Life is lighter when we show up for each other. When we come together, even just to breathe and be, beautiful things happen. This event is about creating a space where we can all feel connected, supported, and reminded that we’re not alone.

I’ve never been to a sound bath before. What do I expect?

We’ll keep it simple: soft sounds, good energy, and community.
No fancy moves, no experience needed — just come as you are and get comfy.

Will there be childcare provided?

We won’t have childcare available for this event.
If you do bring little ones, please just be mindful of the relaxing atmosphere we’re creating. This is a space for everyone to unwind, so helping to minimize disruptions will make it peaceful for all. Thanks so much for understanding!
