Retreat Description:
PAUSE: A Sacred Retreat for Women & Girls in Transition
Saturday, October 25, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM | Light Lunch Provided
Reclaim Your Pleasure. Reconnect with Your Power. Restore Your Peace.
If you're feeling unmoored by recent changes — a government furlough, a life transition, or just the heaviness of this world — PAUSE invites you to breathe, reset, and come home to yourself.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a calling for women and girls (12+) who are ready to step into the next phase of life grounded, nourished, and fully in tune with their own pleasure and power.
Whether you're navigating uncertainty, redefining who you are, or simply craving space to feel, PAUSE offers you a new kind of rest , one rooted in sacred connection with your body, your energy, and your truth.
Together, we will explore:
Celibacy as Self-Honoring — Not a restriction, but a powerful choice to cultivate clarity, autonomy, and deep inner peace
Sacral & Sexual Energy Healing — Reignite your creative and sensual energy as a source of vitality, joy, and self-trust.
Sovereignty & Self-Awareness — Strengthen the most important relationship of your life — the one with yourself.
Healthy Boundaries, Bold Desires — Learn to say yes to what honors you, and no to what drains you — without guilt.
Body Reclamation & Renewal — Remember your body is yours — no matter your past, your relationship status, or your story.
This retreat is especially welcoming to women and girls who are:
- Recently furloughed or facing job transitions
- Moving through personal change or emotional upheaval
- Curious about celibacy as an intentional and healing path
- Seeking joy, softness, and stability in a world that rarely offers it
Led by the visionary Creator of PAUSE, this experience is a sacred reset, a pleasure-centric, soul-honoring introduction to who you are becoming.
Come as you are. Leave with clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of peace.
Your joy is not a luxury. It's your birthright.
