✨ This Month's Theme: February – “Love & Caregiving”

Exploring self-care, relationships, and the emotional side of caregiving. We also recognize Rare Disease Day at the end of the month, honoring complex medical journeys that many CP families navigate.

✨ Purpose

To create a safe and nurturing online space where parents and caregivers of people with cerebral palsy can pause from daily routines, connect with others who understand, and feel seen and supported.

✨ Why We Gather

To connect the CP community, share our experiences, and exchange practical ideas that help us support ourselves and our loved ones with confidence and connection at every age and stage.

✨ Format

Zoom Video Conference
To honor different schedules, session times rotate each month between a midday and an evening option:

• 2nd Wednesday — 12:00–1:00 pm PST
• 4th Thursday — 6:00–7:00 pm PST

Each month offers one peer-led session, following this rotation.

In our time together, you’ll find empathy, understanding, and community—gentle reminders that you don’t have to navigate this path alone. Together, we pause, connect, and build belonging.
