About Your Guide

My mission is to guide you to the core of your own transformation. I use powerful, curated breathwork practices to give you deep, insightful understanding of the energy and emotions held in your body. I illuminate a clear path to Gentle Release, empowering you to step into your most truthful life, connect deeply with yourself and others, and live a life anchored in genuine purpose and clarity.

Logistics & What to Bring:

  • Duration: 60-75 minutes
  • Investment: $20
  • Preparation: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand.
  • Bring: A yoga mat or blanket (for comfort), water, a light blanket (body temperature can shift), and an eye covering (optional, but encouraged for a deeper journey).
