Pause and Practice: A Community Workshop for Coping with Stress
Take a moment to pause—and practice. This 90-minute in-person workshop is designed to help you better understand stress, how it shows up in your body, and how to respond with intention and care. We’ll explore the stress response cycle, the window of tolerance, and how to use grounding techniques and nervous system regulation to build greater emotional resilience.
Through somatic approaches and breathwork, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore. Bridget, a trained breathwork facilitator, will guide participants through breathing practices that support stress relief and nervous system balance.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking new ways to care for yourself, this is a space to slow down, reflect, and build a toolkit of practical coping strategies—together. Come connect in community, learn, and leave with skills you can begin using right away.
