Hi, I’m Jenny—breathwork facilitator, space holder, and someone who deeply believes in the power of this work. I’ve guided hundreds through breath journeys that bring clarity, release, and connection to something deeper. My approach is holistic, heart-led, and rooted in creating safe, sacred spaces.

Is this experience suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pathways is open to all experience levels, including those who’ve never tried breathwork before. The session will be guided gently and clearly, with space to go at your own pace. Whether you're returning to yourself or exploring this work for the first time, you’re welcome here.

Question 3

What if something emotional comes up during breathwork?

Accepted Answer

That’s okay—and completely normal. Breathwork can stir deep emotions or bring clarity to the surface. You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space where all feelings are welcome. I’ll guide you with care and presence the entire time. Trust that whatever arises is part of your healing path.

What should I bring to the event?

Accepted Answer

A yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down (like a blanket or eye mask). Dress in cozy layers so you can stay warm and grounded. Most importantly, bring an open heart & a willingness to connect. I have extra  mats and blankets if you don't have :)
