About the Presenters:

Chris Moeller is the founder of Pathway Communities, an emerging ownership model that reimagines housing through adaptive reuse, regenerative design, and digital equity. The model transforms the process of construction into a product, and that product into a technology—lowering costs while increasing community wealth.

As Chief Exploration Officer at Orion Growth, Chris is leading Hudson Commons, the first proof-of-concept Pathway Community. His work is grounded in four principles: #StableLiving™ (the ecosystem), #WholeBodyDesign™ (the process), #TotalTenancy™ (the operating system), and #TinyGiants™ (the proof). Together they form a regenerative model that aligns people, place, and purpose toward long-term stability.

Kelly Colón is a Board of Trustees member and Lead Product Designer at Pathway Communities. She is currently a professor at Endicott College and Wentworth Institute of Technology and the founder of Eledex Consulting, a neuroaffirming consultancy that helps parents and students advocate and navigate the neurotypical world of school and work.
