You want to contribute something meaningful to the world.  You know that you have something of value to offer, perhaps even something big. 

You just don’t necessarily know what it is, or how best to share it.

Maybe you have no idea what you want to do, but you’re unhappy in your current job and long to find something more joyful and fulfilling.  Or perhaps you have a sense of what your passion is, but you’re not sure if or how to make a living from it.

We weren’t given manuals at birth that explain how to recognize our passion or how to make a living from it.  It’s not easy to discover our calling, but it is possible—for everyone. 

And you don’t have to do it alone. 
 

A hike to help you find your path.

Come.  Go on a beautiful walk through the woods and have meaningful, facilitated conversations with others who are also trying to discover what they’re meant to do in this world.  

On this hike, you will:

• Connect to people like you in similar situations
• Find ideas for addressing your current challenges (and know that you aren’t alone in facing them)
• Learn proven principles and practices to help you discover your calling
• Receive loving support, accountability, and inspiration for moving forward
• Reconnect with nature, your natural self, and a bigger perspective

You might also receive some yummy snacks, because what’s the point of answering your calling if it isn’t fun and delicious whenever possible?

Hike Information:

Frequency:
This is a monthly event.  You can come to as many as you like, and you can start at any time.

(A minimum of 6 registrants are required for the event to take place.)


Location:

The event will take place at a hiking trail in the Atlanta, GA area (usually 30-45 minutes from downtown).

Locations vary each month, so the exact location will be shared with registered participants at least one week before the event.

Cost:
Your first hike is $10.  After that, each hike costs $25.

FAQs

How hard will the hiking be?
We will walk approximately 2-3 miles with little elevation gain at a relaxed pace.  

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely!  Just make sure that they register for the event on this page. 

Where exactly will this take place?
The locations change month-to-month, but it is usually in a park within 30-45 minutes of downtown Atlanta.  At least a week before the event I send exact location information and directions to registered participants.  If you regsiter less than a week before the event, I will send you the location upon registration.  

What will I need to bring?
Bring shoes and clothing that are comfortable to walk in and water.  Unless you need extra support, running or walking shoes should work fine.  Optionally, you may also want to bring pen and paper to take notes from your conversations.  If you need them, bring snacks, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray.  

Do I need to bring a paper ticket?
No, I will have a list of participants. 

Are the tickets refundable?
Tickets are fully refundable up to 1 week before the event.  After that, no refunds will be given.

What if I'm interested but can't make the date?
These events happen monthly.  If you sign up to receive updates at http://meredithwalters.com, I will let you know when each month's event is scheduled.
