Invest a little time in learning to make this simple but incredibly versatile dough and your repertoire will expand exponentially. You'll be amazed when you realize that flour, butter, water or milk, and eggs can be transformed into everything from appetizers to desserts. In today's class, we'll focus on a main course (Parisien gnocchi) and two desserts: a baked puff filled with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream and garnished with chocolate; and crisp, light, and as-cute-as-can-be baked puffs filled with pastry cream and topped with a crisp cookie-like dough. You'll enjoy your gnocchi and profiteroles at the end of class and take a selection of choux au craquelin with you to share with family and friends.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
