Overview
Join us for a fun and interactive pasta class featuring antipasto, two handmade pastas and sauces, and dessert!
Join us for an interactive hand-on pasta making class at Neck of the Woods Brewery. Guests will be greeted with homemade focaccia, and antipasto and chef Ed will walk you through the steps to making homemade pasta from dough to finished product. We will make and eat two homaemade sauces and a variety of pasta shapes, and finish with homemade tiramisu. Guests will receive info and recipe packets to take with them.
