Meet your educators:

Mandy Regan is a wife, mom of three, and owner of Be Queen. Clothing, a women’s retail shop built on the belief that comfort and confidence should go hand-in-hand. Designed for the “in-betweeners” of life and fashion, BQ. focuses on everyday buttery-soft basics that are stylish, versatile, and affordable. After leaving a successful real estate career to pursue a passion that aligned with her, she turned her in-home online shop into a thriving brick-and-mortar store in downtown Gilbert. Mandy wants to inspire other women to embrace the season they’re in, stay present in the moments that matter, and still keep their vision for the future in focus... reminding them that growth doesn’t have to mean rushing through life.

Jessica Perez is a growth strategist, executive leader, and unapologetic advocate for ambitious working moms. As VP of Growth at Milemarker, she brings nearly two decades of business development and consulting expertise to help financial firms modernize and scale. She’s also the founder of The Unapologetic CMO – Chief Mama Officer, a movement empowering professional moms to beat burnout, reclaim their time, and pursue success on their terms.

In addition to co-running Perezidential Pools with her family, Jessica serves as Director of Sponsorship for WIFS-PHX and is launching both a podcast and book. Based in Gilbert, AZ, she’s known for blending corporate growth with personal transformation—and for showing up with heart, hustle, and authenticity in every venture she tackles.

Brittany Durphey is an Event Producer with 12 years of entrepreneurship experience, specializing in high-level corporate shows for Fortune 500 companies. She’s also the host of the Big Bold Faith Podcast, where for five years she’s sparked honest conversations about living out faith in everyday life and business. Known for her calm presence and faith-driven excellence, Brittany blends corporate expertise with authentic encouragement, helping entrepreneurs align purpose with impact.

Lisa Mont-Ros is a business strategist, AI geek, and co-founder of Strategy Ninjas—oh, and a mom of five, so she knows a thing or two about getting stuff done. After building and exiting a 7-figure business, she now helps women entrepreneurs turn their big ideas into scalable offers using smart strategy, systems, and a splash of automation magic.
