Don't worry. We're here to help you get your invoices submitted so you can paid!

The Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS) is offering invoicing help sessions to vendors/providers with a registered contract in PASSPort.

Support will be provided in a 15-minute session, and we can address the following PASSPort Financials subjects/topics:

  • Locating the Contract Budget or Purchase Order (PO)
  • How to Submit Invoices
  • Resolving PASSPort Blocking Alerts
  • Troubleshooting Invoice Submission Issues

Important Information

  • These sessions are for Vendors/Providers with "Active" POs in PASSPort.
  • Registration is required for entry.
  • Appointments are 15 minutes each.
  • Please only register for 1 appointment per organization. Duplicate appointments will be cancelled.
  • This is a virtual event. A meeting link will be emailed to you after registration.
