Description
A five course dinner prepared by local chefs from Dirigo Public House in Yarmouth using products grown and raised at Crystal Spring Farm in Brunswick, paired with some of New England’s finest beer.
Each course will highlight a different preparation of pork, pork raised at Crystal Spring Farm on spent grain from area breweries, while guests sip on some of the very beer made using that grain. Vegetarian options are available!
Dinner will be served at 4pm, but guests are invited to come as early as 3pm to wander the farm and enjoy a drink prior to dinner.
Your ticket includes a five course meal paired with three different New England beers.

Braised Head Crostini with roasted carrot spread (vegetarian option without braised pork)
Caldo Verde - potatoes, onions, shallots, kale, chard (vegetarian option without pork meatballs)
Pork Lardon Caesar Salad - kale, chard, mixed lettuce (vegetarian option without lardon croutons)
Pork Loin Roulade - apple, cabbage, pork belly, winter squash puree, wilted spinach and cider beurre blanc (vegetarian option with roasted vegetables in place of roulade)
