The College Park City-University Partnership’s Live + Work Program Provides $20,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance to individuals employed in College Park, Maryland towards the purchase of a home within city limits.
Join us for an engaging hybrid information session hosted by the Partnership. Learn about affordable homeownership opportunities, the Live + Work Program application process, and the benefits of living where you work.
In this 60-minute information session, Partnership staff will give a run-down on all things Live + Work: eligibility requirements, loan terms and conditions, FAQs, and the application process. Participants will also have time to pose questions specific to their application to Partnership staff.
