Course Overview:
Join our immersive 5-day training on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E), designed to equip development professionals, project managers, and M&E practitioners with the tools and techniques to engage stakeholders in assessing and improving project outcomes. This course emphasizes inclusive, community-driven approaches that enhance project ownership and effectiveness.

Through real-world examples and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to involve beneficiaries and other key stakeholders in every stage of the M&E cycle — from planning and data collection to analysis and reporting.

  • Understand the full PM&E process
  • Define indicators and develop results frameworks
  • Use the Logical Framework Approach (LFA)
  • Apply participatory tools for data collection and analysis
