About this event

Facilitated by Hannah Rudsten, LMFT & Jordana De Lory, AMFT

Ready to connect with your kiddo in a way that actually feels fun, not forced? Join us for a hands-on workshop where parents of kids ages 3–10 get to rediscover the joy and magic of play—no screens, no pressure, just presence. You’ll learn how to step into your child’s world, communicate with empathy, and create playful moments that build trust, laughter, and lasting connection. It’s part skill-building, part heart-opening, and totally worth your time. Leave the kiddo(s) at home and come practice this play before you put it in action back at home!

No stage, no performing, and no experience needed -- just bring yourself and your curiosity!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a performer?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Improv Central is focused on using improv as a tool for connection - we do not have a stage, and there is zero pressure to perform.
