Paperback Platoon is a women only bookclub, beginning September 11th, 2025, filled with veterans, service members, and their families. We will meet the 2nd Thursday monthly to share thoughts, ideas, conversation, and general camaraderie with other women! All are welcome to join in the fun. Our goal is to build connection with each other through a shared interest and love for reading. We will ensure our books are available on various platforms to make reading accessible to all.

Some of the titles we chose may not be suitable for younger children - a parent or guardian may want to use their discretion prior to allowing children to read specific titles.

Who is included in "veteran, service members, and their families"?

Anyone who self-identifies with this population! This can be individuals who are currently active duty, on reserve status, or a veteran, or a spouse, daughter, cousin, niece, friend, grand-daughter, and so on!
