Pajamas & Code Hackathon by GOMYCODE Kenya: EducAItion Edition

The first Pajamas and Code Hackathon by GOMYCODE is a 12-hour, all-night tech competition. Challenge yourself to innovate under the theme: Building For Africa By Africa, with AI Focused on Kenya’s Education.

• Dates: Thursday, December 11th - Friday, December 12th
• Time: 6:00 PM (Dec 11th) – 6:00 AM (Dec 12th)
• Venue: GOMYCODE Hackerspace, Westside Tower, 2nd Floor, Suite 203, Lower Kabete Road
• Prizes: Compete for a share of KES 600,000 worth of GOMYCODE scholarships.

Registration is Mandatory

Due to limited capacity (40 participants across 7 teams), all participants must register through the official Google Form by Tuesday, December 9th, 11:59 PM EAT.

• Group Status: Pre-formed groups must register all 6 members. Individual registrants will be placed into groups on the day of the hackathon.
• Project Idea: Project descriptions/solutions will be developed and presented on the day of the event, not during registration.

The Google Form contains all essential rules, skill requirements, provisions, and the final details.
