Karla Brady is a contemporary representational painter working in oils and watercolor. As a self-described "color nerd”, she uses a limited palette and loves to share what she has learned.

Objectives:

· Experiment mixing colors

· Create and utilize color wheel

· Make a small painting

Description:

Create your very own acrylic painting utilizing a limited palette of red, yellow, and blue. You will learn to mix colors and understand how to create secondary and tertiary colors as well as neutral shades. You will use a color wheel and explore limited palette options.

· All necessary materials are provided

· You may bring your favorite materials such as brushes, paints (watercolor, acrylic, gouache, etc.) canvas

· Bring an apron or wear your painting clothes

Only 15 seats are available for this workshop. You must be at least 16 years old or with an adult.

This workshop is held at the Grand Theater in Old Town Lewisville. The address is 100 N. Charles Street and we will be in Classroom 1.
