Grief is complicated and heavy — and you don’t have to face it alone.
In this gentle virtual art class, we’ll explore grief through color, movement, and emotion.
No painting experience is needed — just an open heart.
Together, we’ll create a space for reflection, expression, and healing through art.
This isn’t a class about how to paint.
It’s a space for what hasn’t been said.
About the Class:
This 90-minute virtual painting session is designed for anyone carrying something heavy — loss, transition, silence, memories.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need the "right" technique. You just need space, and maybe a brush.
This is for you if:
- You’re carrying grief — old or new — and want a safe space to express it
- You’ve struggled to find words for your feelings
- You’re curious how painting can help you process emotions
- You just need an evening of quiet, gentle creativity
During our time together, we will:
- Gently explore how grief hides inside us — and how we often avoid it
- Learn how colors can speak when words fall short
- Paint intuitively — no rules, no pressure, just process
- Close with a simple naming ritual, honoring what you’re holding
Please Note:
This is not a therapy session. It’s a quiet, creative way to let something move through you.
Supplies to Bring:
- Acrylic paint: white, black, and primary versions of red, yellow, and blue
- A canvas (any size you like)
- A few assorted brushes
(These supplies are easily found at any art store, dollar store, Walmart, or Target.)
