When should I arrive at the event?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your spot at the tables.

What should I do to prepare?

We ask that everyone shows up with bare nails. This is to ensure you can size your nails accurately and get the perfect fit for your new press-on nails! If that's not possible, no worries. We'll help you find the correct size.

Can I share 1 ticket/set of nails with another person?

No. Our events are ticketed per person, not per nail set, everyone attending must have a ticket. Space is limited in our venues. If someone takes a seat in our space without having purchased a ticket, that means someone who purchased a ticket may not have a seat.

Is parking available?

Street parking available.

Accessibility Notice

Please note that the event space at Long Live Roxbury is located on the second floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator access at this venue.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable to another event date until 72 hours prior to the event.
