Join us for Paint & Sip: Peonies in Bloom – Let’s Create!

Spring is HERE! Let’s create art and community together! At this Paint & Sip we’ll paint a beautiful floral artwork! Join artist Teresa Stern for a fun and relaxing Paint & Sip, where you’ll create a 9x12-inch painting of peonies in a vase—perfect to bring color and nature into your home, or gift to someone special. Also makes a great Mother’s Day or partner activity to enjoy together!

Whether you are an aspiring artist or just looking to explore your own creativity, Teresa will guide you step by step to replicate the featured artwork and offer suggestions for ways you can add your own twist. You will be amazed at what you can create in this fun and relaxed class that is enjoyable for all skill levels—no experience needed!

All art materials provided, and one beverage from Makeda's menu (coffee/tea/wine/beer). Dress for art making or bring an old shirt to wear over as a "smock".

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be an artist?

Not at all! This class is open to anyone who just wants to paint and be creative! Step by step guidance is provided. You'll learn, have fun, and be social!

Are kids allowed?

This class is geared toward adults. Kids 12 and up are welcome, with at least one adult participant.

What is your refund policy?

Classes are not refundable. However, if an illness or emergency arises, please let me know within 48 hours of the event to transfer your registration to another upcoming event if available.

What's included?

All art materials are provided. One coffee, tea, beer, or wine beverage is also included. Snacks and additional beverages are available for purchase.

What should I wear?

We'll be using acrylic paints, so it's best to wear something you'd be ok if things get messy. Bring an apron or smock, or an old T shirt if you like! Acrylic paint may be removed, if washed out promptly before it dries, but who notices paint when they're in the creative flow??
