Celebrate Giving Tuesday with creativity and community impact!

Celebrate Giving Tuesday with creativity and community impact! Join Metropolitan Energy Center for Paint and Power 6-8 p.m. Dec. 2 at Larks Entertainment in the Historic West Bottoms. This uplifting evening brings the community together to create art, learn about home health, and help fund energy efficiency kits and Healthy Homes presentations for families that struggle with cold rooms, high utility bills and poor indoor air quality.

Grab a seat, pick up a brush, and follow along as our painting instructor guides you step-by-step. Throughout the night, enjoy chances to win prizes, light refreshments and opportunities to make an even bigger difference. No painting experience is needed—this event is about connection, creativity, and community impact.

Your $50 registration directly supports MEC’s Giving Tuesday goal to raise $50,000 for our Healthy Homes program, funding energy efficiency kits and presentations that help families stay safer and more comfortable in their homes. Each kit includes practical tools like LED bulbs, weather stripping, and furnace filters that help families stay warm, breathe cleaner air, and lower their monthly energy costs. These simple items make a meaningful difference for households that cannot afford them.
