Come join us for a fun-filled day at Greenbelt 428 Park as we paddle down the river, snap some amazing nature shots, and explore the beauty of the great outdoors! Whether you're a seasoned photographer or just starting out, come join us for a different kind of photo adventure! We’re partnering with Adventure Paddles to bring you a unique day on the water, complete with wildlife sightings, stunning nature photography, team-building challenges, and plenty of good vibes.

This event is open to kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. We’ll be paddling a scenic 6-mile stretch of the Elm Fork, heading upstream for 3 miles to enjoy lunch at the historic Denton Bridge, then floating back with fun water games along the way. This event is perfect for capturing stunning images of wildlife, landscapes, and more. Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with nature and fellow photography enthusiasts. Grab your camera, hop in a paddleboard or kayak, and let's make some memories!

Frequently asked questions

Will my camera get wet while on the SUP?

It’s not 100% guaranteed that your gear won’t get wet — it is the water, after all! Bringing a waterproof bag or dry sack is always a smart idea, so you can stash your camera while launching, landing, or if you feel unsteady. You can also use a rain cover to protect it from splashes.
