The Pacific Innovation Capabilities Quest (PICQ) is a groundbreaking collaboration between two Defense Innovation OnRamp Hubs: Hawai‘i and Kansas and the Indo-Pacific Command J708 (PMTEC). This event is designed to showcase cutting-edge, domain awareness technologies that have already been validated through the Encountering Innovations program and are currently at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 8 or 9.
We are hosting an immersive event where DoD partners and members of the tech community can engage in live, hands-on “test-drives” of small business commercial capabilities from across the nation.
Set within the collaborative environment of the Defense Innovation OnRamp Hub: Hawai’i, we’re excited to unite government, industry, and academia, allowing service members to rigorously evaluate real-world applications of emerging technologies. The resulting operational insights, observations, and lessons learned will offer unparalleled value—accelerating pathways to adoption and delivering capabilities to the edge faster.
