The DC Food and Beverage Collective is fortunate to partner with King Street Oyster Bar (KSOB) - City Ridge (7 Ridge Square NW, Washington, DC 20016) for an oyster event on Saturday October 25, 2025. The event will begin with an oyster shucking demonstration by Owner/Chef, Rick Allison, followed by delicious food and wine offerings. Funds raised from the event, including a raffle, will be used to combat food insecurity in the DMV community.
