What is Come As You Are(CAYA)?

CAYA is a safe space that we offer to you to let your guard down, be authentically yourself & be vulnerable without the fear of being judged. Community means a lot to us and this is an event that we host in our clinic once a month :)

What to expect at CAYA?

Once you enter our doors, we greet you with a hug and offer you some light snacks and a beverage! You can expect to connect with new people then you'll find a seat in our lounge :) Facilitator Rawlins will begin an introduction to what CAYA is & bring up this months topic, Owning your voice.

All you need to bring is yourself! Come as you are :)

We host a free monthly community workshop designed to inspire connection, creativity, and growth. Each month is a new topic!

We host a monthly Community Safe Space Workshop called Come As You Are (CAYA), where you can be yourself without judgment!

Each month focuses on a different topic. This month we'll discuss Expansion & Expression! Owning your voice; expressing your truth; embracing visibility and purpose.

Vision Check-In • Confidence Visualization • Voice Activation Practice

Join us at Ageless Performance Recovery and Wellness for a day of self-discovery and connection. This workshop is all about embracing who you are and feeling accepted just as you are. Come ready to share, listen, and grow in a supportive environment. Our goal is to continue to build a community where everyone can feel safe and valued.
