You can fly into either Orlando or Tampa, they are both about 90 minutes from River Ranch, depending on traffic.

When should I arrive at River Ranch?

You will need to arrive some time on Friday (check-in is 4 pm) to check into the resort and be ready for the workshop to begin on Saturday morning.

When should I book my return flight?

The workshop ends at 3 pm on Sunday, so you will need to find a flight that allows you ample time to arrive for your flight. Depending on your destination, you may need to schedule your flight on Monday.

All meals are included on Saturday. Breakfast and lunch are included on Sunday.

What should I wear to the workshop?

The workshop is in Florida, and the weather changes often, so please check the weather before you pack. You will want to wear closed toe shoes since we will be outside for some of the activities.
