What airport should I fly into?

You can fly into either Orlando or Tampa, they are both about 90 minutes from River Ranch, depending on traffic.

When should I arrive at River Ranch?

You will need to arrive on Friday, September 26, 2025 to check into the resort and be ready for the workshop to begin on Saturday morning.

When should I book my return flight?

The workshop ends at 3 pm on Sunday, September 28, 2025, so you will need to find a flight that allows you ample time to arrive for your flight. Depending on your destination, you may need to schedule your flight on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Are meals included in the workshop price?

All meals are included on Saturday. Breakfast and lunch are included on Sunday.

What should I wear to the workshop?

The workshop is in Florida, and September can still be warm, so please check the weather before you pack. You will want to wear closed toe shoes since we will be outside for some of the activities.

What do I need to bring for the workshop?

If you would like to bring a notebook and pen, that will be all you need. Everything else will be provided for you.

How do I book my room at River Ranch?

An email will be sent to you after you register with all the information on how to book your room using the group code.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the workshop?

You will receive and email with the prework for the workshop a few weeks before the event date.
