Lynn creates a grounded, compassionate container for transformation, combining years of yoga, somatic, and energy-based practice with Owaken’s evidence-informed approach to healing and integration.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your true self.
No experience necessary.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water.
What to expect
- Gentle welcome and a short overview of how breathing affects stress and relaxation, in everyday language without jargon.
- A comfy setup on a mat with blankets so your body can relax easily.
- Guided breathing patterns paced by the instructor, with options to keep things light and accessible if you’re new.

About Your Host:
Lynn Hopper is the founder of Inner Source Alignment and a certified Owaken Breathwork facilitator and 500-hour yoga teacher. After 30 years as a corporate HR Director, she transitioned into guiding others through practices that attune the nervous system, open the heart, and restore inner balance.
Her facilitation blends breathwork, movement, and sound to create safe, transformative spaces for release and renewal. With a background in sociology and decades of deep inner work, Lynn brings both grounded experience and soulful presence to her sessions.
She believes that your breath is your greatest medicine—and her mission is to help you reconnect with your inner source of clarity, calm, and vitality.
