Since this meeting is intended to acquaint newcomers with the Overeaters Anonymous program of recovery and answer specific questions about OA, we allow questions and answers, cross talk, and the mention of specific foods, all of which are generally not allowed in regular meetings.

We meet both in-person at the Galano Club and online. All are welcome!
