Overview
This open OA meeting is held on the 4th Sat of the month at 10:30 AM. Speakers share their experience, strength, & hope followed by Q & A.
Since this meeting is intended to acquaint newcomers with the Overeaters Anonymous program of recovery and answer specific questions about OA, we allow questions and answers, cross talk, and the mention of specific foods, all of which are generally not allowed in regular meetings.
We meet both in-person at the Galano Club and online. All are welcome!
